Miel De Tierra Añejo Mezcal
Aged Elegance | Espadín Agave | Rich Oak & Honeyed Depth
Available now at Liquor Boutique
Miel De Tierra Añejo Mezcal begins its life as 100% Espadín agave, slow-roasted in traditional wood-fired underground pits in Oaxaca. After natural fermentation and double distillation in copper stills, this mezcal is aged for 12–14 months in lightly charred oak barrels. The result is a beautifully smooth, amber-hued spirit that marries classic mezcal smokiness with the richness of aged añejo notes.
Tasting Notes:

-
Nose: Warm oak, vanilla bean, toasted nuts, bakers’ honey, subtle smoke, and touches of dried orchard fruit
-
Palate: Velvet-smooth with honeyed agave, caramel, almond, baking spice, and lingering campfire ember
-
Finish: Long and luxurious—oak-led warmth, gentle smoke, and a graceful return of sweet mezcal florals
