La Niña del Mezcal Pechuga is a special ceremonial-style mezcal made annually using the traditional pechuga method. Crafted from a wild mountain agave blend—often including Agave durangensis and other native highland species—this mezcal is roasted underground, tahona-crushed, fermented with local yeast, and double-distilled. During the third distillation, a de-boned chicken breast ("pechuga") is suspended with seasonal fruits, chile, and spices, imparting a rich, aromatic complexity. Bottled at about 45% ABV.
